Copy our reference number & product name, and paste it to an E-mail letter.  We will understand your order and insure the suppliers have no doubts. We make sure they agree on all the details, including price, size, design and colors. We then check the finished order to make sure it conforms to all your needs -- the first time!

We check each piece of your order to make sure there are no substandard articles. Any goods found with defects are returned to the supplier to be replaced with articles in perfect condition to help you receive what you ordered -- the first time!

Inventory Control

Often a forgotten service, we can prominently label and number each item or set in your order, and then photograph each labeled item or set. We give you this data on a private page in our website that only you are able to access.  You will be able to check on the order before the goods leave port.  You will also have photographs of your pre-shipment order to show to others.

We make sure that your container is properly labeled and has the right  documentation.

Packing and Shipping

If you want protection beyond factory standard packing,  we insure that the extra packing material you order and pay for is properly used to maximize the use of space, minimize damage and breakage, and increase your profits.

We deliver Ex Works, FOB,  or CIF. We will work with a shipping company that you choose, or help you find a local shipping company that will meet your requirements.

• We meet your needs both when you arrive and follow-up on your behalf when you return home.  

• Your prior orders are securely kept with us to include your private code numbers, pictures, and important details.

• We remain in contact with you using all communications media to keep you up-to-date on the progress of our work and your order.

• Samples of your completed new designs or copies of your previously manufactured goods are photographed and either sent to you by e-mail or posted on a private page in our web site.  Actual samples can be shipped to you for prior approval or changes.  We insure that you receive what you bargained for and purchased.

• We will work on re-orders or new orders.  We will make your subsequent trips even more cost effective, leaving you more time to enjoy and explore the surroundings.

• We have been on the prowl for new products in this area for more than 35 years.  We will keep you informed about  products we find within the fields of your interest.

• Misunderstandings at the start.  We insure that our suppliers receive and understand your orders. We will confirm with you completion dates and specifications.
• Production errors.  We check your order during its production. Factory errors will be corrected before their loss becomes yours.
• Order completion errors.  We check the finished items against your original order to make sure quantities, colors, and designs are correct.
• Quality control.  We check the quality of the items and deal with any necessary repairs or replacements.
• Inventory control.  We label and photograph each item in your order, send it by E-mail or upload the data to a private web page It is made available for your private use to confirm your order and establish the condition of each piece before shipping.
• Consolidation of orders.  We consolidate all your orders into one shipment (or more if necessary) and work with the shipping company of your choice.
• Packing control.  We supervise the packing, crating, and palate loading of your orders. When you pay for extra packing materials, we check to see that they are properly used.
